With more than 30 years of experience, Fatma has held a number of high-level executive roles across the aviation and travel sectors. As General Manager, Western USA for Turkish Airlines, she played a pivotal role in expanding the airline’s presence and prestige on the West Coast. Her leadership and vision have been widely recognized, including being named one of the Most Compelling Women in the Travel Industry by Premier Traveler in 2014 and being featured in Forbes, The Washington Post, and Smart Business.

In 2017, Fatma turned her lifelong passion for travel into entrepreneurship by founding her own luxury travel agency, specializing in high-end experiences, honeymoons, destination weddings, and corporate incentive travel. Her agency reflects her belief that travel is not just about destinations, but about connection.
