My love for travel began in college when I went to Japan for a summer while studying Japanese at TCU. By the time I had graduated I had studied in London and traveled Europe. As an adult, life in an office only led to dreaming of far away places and meeting new people. I spent two months traveling Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. In Vietnam I became a certified PADI scuba diver. I also traveled solo to Australia and New Zealand, and my heart will always be in Australia! When my Dad turned 60 we hiked Machu Picchu, a trip we will never forget.

Fast forward to married life with kids and I look at travel in a new and exciting way while including our three children. I hope to instill in my children a curiosity of the world, and a love for all types of people and places.
