I am proud to be certified by CLIA as an Elite Cruise Counsellor (ECC), and from ACTA, as a Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC).

In April 2026, I was inducted into the CLIA Hall of Fame as the recipient of the "ECC of the Year" award.
