Travel has been an integral part of my life since childhood. Early exposure to diverse ecosystems and varying socioeconomic classes has profoundly influenced my worldview and the world I aspire to contribute to. During my time at Baylor University, I pursued a degree in Finance and minor in Environmental Studies with a focus on Sustainable Energy Development. As a student, I actively participated in various international travel programs, including an internship in London with Campaign to Protect Rural England, a non-governmental organization dedicated to educating and developing conservation initiatives across England. These experiences provided me with a solid foundation and a deep understanding that true sustainability can only be achieved when environmental, social, and economic efforts align.

My journey in travel began in September 2019 during ILTM North America. The keynote speech set the tone for my career, emphasizing the importance of the environment and human connection. Networking quickly became one of my strengths, which has helped grow both my business and Protocolo Tours' presence in the US and international market.

As a Travel Advisor and Partner Relations Manager, I always prioritize partners who are conscious of social and environmental issues and have programs in place to address them. I am an advocate for body inclusivity and neurodiversity. Being vocal about these issues has started a conversation with colleagues on ways to make travel more enjoyable to everyone. Aside from partnerships and travel, I am also a passionate drone photographer and love to capture hotels through this vantage point. I have collaborated with hotels around the world with content that has been beneficial for both sales and marketing teams.

The knowledge that one-third of the world's population is employed or impacted by the tourism industry serves as a constant source of motivation for me. We belong to a select group of professionals who have the unique ability to make a significant difference and drive economic growth. I strive to guide my clients away from destinations that have been severely depleted due to over-tourism and instead recommend those that prioritize sustainability and consciousness. Early emphasis on sustainability and awareness will be crucial in the development of new destinations and the overall growth of our industry. I firmly believe that every booking holds immense value, and that even small actions we take during our travels can have a profound impact.
