Working in the travel industry for nearly a decade, I've had the pleasure of planning and taking some very memorable trips over the years. My favorite part of the job is walking along side my client through the planning process and making sure they feel heard and understood. I listen for little nuances- things that made their last trip unforgettable, and then tying that into their next getaway. I always treat clients in a way that I would want to be treated myself- and pride myself in excellent customer service from start to finish. I now mentor a team of advisors and ensure they have the information their need to offer a seamless experience for their customers.
