Washington, D.C. has shaped how I see the world. I've lived here since 1988, and I've spent those decades at the intersection of law, storytelling, and the kind of cultural fluency that only comes from staying curious. I hold a JD and an MFA in Creative Writing. I've been a PBS attorney, a yoga therapist, and a published writer. I bring all of it to this work.

Premier Wellness Travel is built on the belief that a travel advisor is to time what a financial advisor is to money. My clients are high-performing people who don't have time to waste on the wrong trip. My job is to make sure that never happens. Some doors only open from the inside.

DC Modern Luxury named us Best in the City in 2023 and 2024, and recognized Premier Wellness Travel as a Best of Travel winner in 2026. I was profiled in their Power Players issue the same year. I've been featured on WJLA's Good Morning Washington and have a network of local experts and supplier relationships that a booking engine simply cannot replicate.

I design travel with the ear of a therapist and the eye of a lawyer. I listen for what you're not saying. I read the fine print. I know the difference between a property that looks right and one that is right for you.
