Simon has since lived in Taiwan, snorkeled in Japanese powder, dune bashed in Dubai deserts, enjoyed a family dinner at a local Italian vineyard and honeymooned in the Maldives. The experiences around the world has ignited Simon's passion for thrill seeking adventures and amazing food.
