Hello! I am a first generation Chicago native with Russian roots. Growing up in a rich baltic environment taught me to appreciate the beauty of travel, culture and diversity. I believe traveling is important to feed the soul, teach us something new and help us remember the importance of expanding our horizons.

It goes without saying that my favorite hobby is to travel! When I am not traveling I love spending time with my husband and pup, Nala. Honorable mentions include long walks/hikes, workout classes, anything outdoors, visiting or volunteering at the farmers market, cooking and dining out! In other words, I love food. :)

I have made it to 3 out of 5 contents; North America, Africa and Asia with South America and Antartica on the to-visit list. To date my best experiences include going on safari, traveling through Greece on an ATV, surviving a typhoon in Thailand and exploring Italy's beautiful costal cities.
