Originally from Brazil, 19 years ago I chose Canada to call my home. I'm a full-time TICO certified agent based in Cambridge, ON, where I reside with my husband, two children and our dog. I developed a passion for travel at a very young age wanting to learn about other cultures and faraway lands. Back in college, I worked hard to save up for a six-month English study trip to Canada. Funny how life had different plans, and here I am, all these years later! I have been in the Industry for 17 years and always had a great interest in both customer service and travel.
