I’m Penny Cooper, co-founder of C Pinnacle Travel and a New Jersey-based Virtuoso travel advisor specializing in ocean and river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Virtuoso hotels, and thoughtfully designed group travel.

I help busy professionals, couples, families, and multigenerational travelers enjoy relaxed, elevated vacations with more personal service and less planning stress. My clients appreciate comfortable accommodations, well-matched experiences, and having a knowledgeable advisor who can manage the details while still making the trip feel distinctly their own.

Cruising is at the heart of my work. I plan everything from Royal Caribbean and Celebrity voyages to immersive river cruises and ultra-luxury small-ship and yacht experiences with brands such as Seabourn and The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. I especially enjoy helping travelers choose the right ship, itinerary, and level of accommodation—including suites, concierge- and club-level rooms, and premium or concierge-level staterooms.

My recommendations are grounded in firsthand experience rather than brochures alone. I attend the annual river cruise expo most years, giving me the opportunity to sail and tour numerous ships while comparing staterooms, service styles, dining, accessibility, and onboard atmosphere in person. I have sailed with AmaWaterways and experienced Uniworld firsthand—still my favorite luxury river cruise experience to date—along with several other cruise and resort brands.

I also understand that the right vacation must work for the people taking it. My own travels have included multigenerational and mobility-aware planning, including a Celebrity cruise celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday while accommodating her mobility limitations. Those experiences influence the practical questions I ask and the details I consider when planning for older travelers, extended families, milestone celebrations, and guests with accessibility concerns.

Beyond cruising, I plan all-inclusive escapes, stays at exceptional Virtuoso hotels and resorts, custom land itineraries, milestone celebrations, affinity groups, and joint-venture travel experiences. Whether you are planning a polished adults-only getaway, bringing several generations together, or traveling with a group connected by a shared interest, I focus on matching the experience to the people—not fitting every traveler into the same standard package.

I bring more than a decade of professional travel-planning experience and a wider perspective on the travel industry. I am an ASTA member, CLIA-credentialed, and active in Virtuoso’s Cruise and Family & Celebration Travel communities. I am also a travel-industry educator, speaker, and advisor coach through Magic Made Simple, an education and media company I co-founded for travel professionals. I host a twice-yearly travel-industry summit, lead a small-group advisor coaching membership, and have contributed to travel podcasts, publications, panels, and industry events.

That broader industry involvement keeps me connected to travel advisors, supplier partners, destination specialists, and an extensive Virtuoso network. For my clients, those relationships mean informed recommendations, stronger resources, and a real person in their corner before, during, and after their vacation—not a call center or an automated confirmation email.

I am also the founder of Embrace The Magic Travel, my Disney-forward, family-focused travel agency. Embrace The Magic Travel has been recognized as Best Travel Agency in Hamilton, New Jersey, and my work in client-care communication received a Magellan Award. My years of experience in Disney and family travel remain an important part of the expertise I bring to family, celebration, and multigenerational vacations through C Pinnacle Travel.
