I have been blessed with two talented daughters and a 25-year marriage with an adventurous US veteran. As a family, we have found solace exploring new places and have enjoyed so many wonderful trips together. My travels took me to New Orleans in 2005 where I volunteered to assist the Salvation Army after a devastating and destructive Hurricane. My compassion extended beyond the United States when I traveled to Costa Rica finding the beautiful natural landscape being changed dramatically by developers attempting to adapt to tourism. The conflict between wanting to see the world and the need to preserve it, sparked my mission to provide sustainable hotels, activities, and tour options as a way of helping to preserve and maintain natural resources and communities. As a Travel Advisor with a passion for sustainable travel, it is possible for me to fulfill my dream of helping people see the world while making it a better place and returning home with a vacation they can be proud of.
