As Senior Marketing Manager at Andavo Travel, I work directly with our independent travel advisors to help them build businesses they're proud of—ones that attract the right clients and stand out in luxury travel.

My favorite part of the job is the 1:1 time I spend with each advisor. I develop personalized marketing plans tailored to their unique business goals—whether that's refining their brand positioning, expanding into new markets, or increasing profitability. We work together over several months to implement strategies that actually move the needle on their revenue and client acquisition.

Beyond the strategic planning, I walk advisors through how to make the most of Virtuoso's marketing tools, strengthen their supplier relationships, and use PR strategically to build their reputation. Whether it's figuring out the best co-op opportunities or helping them tell their unique story, I'm here to make marketing feel less overwhelming and more effective.

I also work closely with our supplier partners on collaborative marketing initiatives that benefit everyone—building relationships that go beyond transactions to create real value for our advisors and their clients.

What excites me most is watching advisors gain confidence in their marketing and see real business results. Some come to us not knowing where to start, and within months they're creating compelling content, leveraging vendor partnerships like pros, and booking trips that genuinely reflect their bottom-line goals and expertise.

Andavo has been doing this for over 30 years, and there's something special about being part of a community where serious travel professionals support each other. My job is to make sure every advisor has what they need to succeed—and to keep us all moving forward as the industry evolves.
