I have been interested in travel since I was a young girl going to the airport with my dad in South Carolina to pickup my aunt when she would fly in to visit from Ohio. However, once I went to college and got married my career took a different path. I spent 31 years in education as a high school marketing teacher. When I was offered the opportunity to teach Travel & Tourism, I jumped at the chance. Also during that time I planned student trips to New York City and to various conferences around the US.

My husband and I have two grown children and as they were growing-up we wanted to share experiences with them in the form of travel so we began with cruises, then dude ranches and then our trips followed their interest. We all four are just a few states shy of visiting all 50 states.

It seemed only natural that when the opportunity presented itself that I would begin my second career as a travel agent.
