I became a travel advisor thanks to someone who inspired me: 12 years ago, I was planning my second honeymoon and the advisor who helped me was so interested, patient and knowledgeable, and who so clearly enjoyed her job, that I decided to take a totally different career path. I enrolled in travel and tourism college and over 10 years later I still love my “new” career! My specialty is all-inclusive resorts in the sunny south where I travel at least twice a year, to the Caribbean, Mexico’s Riviera Maya or Costa Rica. I have a special affinity for the Dominican Republic where I have travelled extensively, especially to each of the Bahia Principe Resorts.

On another note, we are parents of a child with Down Syndrome and always include her when we travel. I’m therefore personally familiar with the challenges and rewards of travelling with a child with such special needs, and if you are in a similar situation I’m more than happy to help you!
