Mark assists in ensuring exceptional onboard experiences for our guests on our Virtuoso Voyages and Ocean & River Cruises group cruise departures, as well as managing client appreciation events, charity fund-raising events and cruise information nights.

Mark has worked in the travel industry for over 25 years, and has travelled the globe extensively during his career as an International Flight Attendant for a major global airline, and loves to share his knowledge of the destinations we explore!
