I have been in the travel industry since 1985. I've seen so many changes over the years. I started as a travel agent working with the general public. Then I moved into corporate travel and managing a large corporation travel department. After my years in the corporate environment changed I obtained several large corporate incentive travel groups. In 2010 the agency that I worked for decided to close their doors. I decided to co-partner a travel agency working as an independent contractor. I have learned so much in the past 15 years being an independent contractor and partnering with host agencies.
