I also confess that I am a major beach lover: living in Vermont I really appreciate sun and sand! I warmly recommend Hawaii, particularly Maui with its truly relaxing laid-back vibe. The Caribbean is also one of my favorite destinations (Jamaica in particular: so scenic, friendly and such great beaches!)
