As a group program manager I work with companies, organizations, families and VIP clients to coordinate group travel. It is my role to research destinations and advise clients and create custom itineraries. In addition to working with clients on the planning phase of a trip I also assist them by selling or promoting the group through speaking engagements, events, social media, web and by phone or email. When members of a group have questions or wish to make a reservation it is my role to facilitate that process. When the group is ready to travel, I prepare all the documents and go over them with the client plus we often escort the trip to ensure everything goes perfectly.

My specialty is luxury and exotic travel. I have traveled to over 66 countries. My favorite destinations are Egypt, South Africa, Iceland, Riviera Maya and Italy. Next are my travel to-do list are Patagonia, Maldives, India and Bali.

In addition to my group duties at Suzi Davis Travel a Direct Travel company I am responsible for web administration including content creation, social media management, email marketing, graphic design, general go to person on tasks related to technology within the organization.
