As the Professional Development Manager, I have over 20 years of travel industry experience. My role supports our network of Independent Contractors as they develop and fine-tune their skills and knowledge of destinations worldwide. I facilitate our Advisor Advantage Program for new to the industry advisors as they learn the in's and out's of our industry to drive success. As our advisors branch out, I provide additional industry development support for those already in the business.
