I work for Insider, a luxury lifestyle management agency and concierge firm based in Manhattan, New York. We have been in business for more than 13 years and assist our clients with a multitude of tasks. Our most frequent requests are sought after dinner reservations, event tickets, errand running, gift suggestions, research and travel assistance. Insider also prominently handles setting up appointments with 3rd party vendors & referrals, event planning, and more. We do everything from bill paying to taking someone’s car into the dealership to get serviced, delivering golf bags to airports/heliports, assisting with finding a new home and coordinating a move, school applications, etc. Our main network is in the NYC area, but we can assist across the US & abroad. We love to plan detailed, multi-day itineraries for our clients when they travel and ensure that all of their needs are met from A-Z when they're away for business or pleasure.
