I’m Allison Collier, founder of Collier Travel Collective—an eternal student of the world who loves discovering new places. People often ask about my favorite trip, and my answer is always the same: I love it all, from the serene gardens of Japan to the beaches of St. Barths.

This work is a perfect fit for me. It takes curiosity, strong organization, and a love of details—and I’m equal parts logistics-minded and a little obsessed with efficiency. I genuinely enjoy the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes a trip feel easy once you arrive.

On the personal side, I’m a mom of three grown children, and I understand the real-life dynamics of traveling with people you love: different interests, different energy levels, and the importance of the right mix of exploring and downtime.
