I've grown up in the San Francisco bay area and know the wine regions of California well. My favorite wine appellations are in the lesser known wine regions in California, Australia and New Zealand, and Europe. My favorite wines- a crisp Sav Blanc, a fruity Zinfandel or an earthy Tempranillo.
