My career as a travel consultant started in 1983 at Kokanee Travel in Nelson BC. My husband and I opened Uniglobe Glacier Travel in 1989 but with the internet craze we found it difficult to compete so we sold the agency and I became a Financial Advisor for 13 years. After retiring from full time work in 2009, I decided to get back into the travel business and luckily found Travel Professionals International (TPI) . I  work from home and now find that the internet is my friend. My clients look to me for guidance, expertise and quality.
