Prior to joining forces with his wife and father-in-law to leverage his skills as CFO of Huffman Travel , Jay has held various positions in the investment management industry. Most recently as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DOM Capital Group, Jay is the Chief Investment Officer for the firm leading all its investment activities including investment research and manager selection. In addition, Jay works actively with the firms portfolio companies in guiding strategy and growth. Prior to forming DOM Capital Group, he was with J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director in the Asset and Wealth Management Group.  Previously Jay held positions with Morgan Stanley and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the consumer and retail management consulting practice.

Jay and his wife, Shawna, reside in Chicago with their 2 children. Jay shares his family’s passion for combining his love for travel with his profession.

Jay received his B.S. from Northwestern University and received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management. He actively participates on the Board of Directors for Teach For America Chicago, Northwestern University Regional Board, the Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center Advisory Board and Director’s Vision Council of the Museum of Contemporary Art.
