Mike moved to the Garden Island of Kauai, Hawaii 8 years ago! After several visits to the South Pacific islands, he settled on Kauai as his new home base. Northstar's home office is still in New Jersey. Mike still works East Coast hours starting at 10amEST but ends his day at 5:00PM EST. This allows him time to enjoy the surf, sand & the terrain of Kauai.

His new passion is Expedition Cruising loving the more relaxed, soft adventure experience to his clients.

"Travel is so expansive both emotionally and spiritually. I love investigating the new and old aspects of a destination: what drew people to originally visit and what is the draw now! My newest thrill is scuba diving! It has opened up a whole new world to investigate!".
