I’ve been in the travel business for over 20 years, and while I can plan trips just about anywhere in the world, my heart always comes back to South Africa, Europe, luxury cruising, river cruising, escorted tours and multi-generational travel.

It might sound a little cliché, but I truly live for those wow moments — when someone comes home and says, “I didn’t even know experiences like that were possible.” Or when a family tells me their trip brought them closer together. That’s what fills my cup and keeps me excited to do what I do every single day. Honestly, this is the only job I never want to retire from.

Travel has given me some incredible memories of my own — like the time a monkey unzipped my tent in Kenya, walked right in, and sat down like he owned the place! Moments like that remind me how magical and unpredictable travel can be, and I love helping others find that same magic in their own journeys.
