My travel bug bit me early in life. I spent my summers traveling from Columbus, Ohio to Toronto, Canada and parts of Ontario visiting my grandparents and my Canadian family. Having dual citizenship from birth, I think it was already in my future to have a career in travel.

In 1998, my senior year in high school, was my first trip across the pond to England on a class trip. Growing up, not only did I have family in Canada, but also in England. My great uncle was living in London at the time, so he gave me a grand tour of London, complete with lunch at the Ritz London. From that point on, I was hooked - making a trip back to London every summer since then, and over the years, continuing to explore the mainland of Europe.

I created Destination Europe from the ground up in late 2003 (age 23) as a helpful website for other passionate travelers. That was 20 years ago. Currently a small boutique of six agents, we are proud members of Virtuoso, Specialists in the Art of Travel.
