About Me
I began traveling as an elementary school child. One one of my first big trips included stops in Mexico City, Boston, NY, & San Fran. By middle school, I was lucky enough to hit London and Paris, in high school to Washington DC, CO, and Bahamas, and then my first trip to Asia when I was in college, along with multiple stops across Europe and the United States. I was definitely bitten by the travel bug.
Following college, I accepted a position at a publicly-traded software company where I was in charge of the worldwide marketing -- a job with many responsibilities and numerous new pitstops. It was so special and dreamy to visit so many neat places. Around this same time, my mother opened a deluxe travel agency, and I was able to travel with her some as well. The most unique of those trips with my mom is a tie -- either to Myanmar or to Uganda on a gorilla trek -- although it is hard to beat an African safari or a floating safari on the Amazon.
Today, I manage several aspects at the travel agency my mother built -- conducting a wide range of activities including prospecting, groups, accounting, marketing, events, business development, and strategy. I have a diverse business background, high attention to detail, and the benefit of traveling to so many unique cities and countries. The more off-the-path or unique a destination or adventure is, the greater my fascination.
