We recommend wearing your bathing suit under comfortable clothing that may get splashed. Sensible, rubber-soled shoes are recommended. A towel, sunglasses, and sunscreen (biodegradable preferred) are also suggested. Each participant is required to wear a full wetsuit with long sleeves and legs.
