PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (general policy)
Please ALWAYS refer to the specific payments terms and cancellation policy clearly stated in the booking form. The payments terms and cancellation fees might depends on seasonality and on the specific service booked (i.e. an after hour private visit can be NON refundable already at the time of the booking)
Villa-Apartments Rental, Yacht Charter, Private Jet and Helicopter Charter:
- from time of confirmation to 121 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount due is not refundable;
- between 120 and 61 days prior to arrival 60% of the total amount due is not refundable;
- from 60 days prior to arrival or in case of no show 100% of the total amount due is not refundable.
Hotel Bookings:
- from time of confirmation to 61 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount due is not refundable;
- between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount due is not refundable;
- from 30 days prior to arrival or in case of no show 100% of the total amount due is not refundable.
Train, Flight, Ferry, Museum, Concerts, Events, Sports and Fashion show Tickets:
- 100% non refundable at the time of the booking.
All other services:
- from time of confirmation to 121 days prior to arrival no penalty will be charged;
- between 120 and 61 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount due is not refundable;
- between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival 75% of the total amount due is not refundable;
- from 30 days prior to arrival or in case of no show 100% of the total amount due is not refundable.
