You will meet your professional Multilingual speaking guide in the hotel’s lobby. The guide will escort you, together with your professional English speaking driver, to Santa Margherita Ligure onboard your luxurious Mercedes vehicle, in order to enjoy a unique experience.

The Cervara Abbey, or Monastery of San Girolamo at Monte di Portofino, is a monastic complex overlooking the sea. The edifice was built in 1361 by Ottone Lanfranco and was elevated to the rank of abbey in 1546. The abbey has a consecrated church, a cloister XVI century, the tower, the main body of the building and a beautiful garden.

You will visit the Square, the Crypt, the Capitulary room, the Sixteenth-century Cloister and a look of the Saracen Tower, the Chapel of Saint Jerome, the Gallery of the Emperor and Grand Staircase of tapestries, the Gardemìn of Gardenias, the Terrazza Belvedere on the monumental garden, the Prison of Francis I and the Court of Wisteria.

What was once the garden of the Benedictine monks is now the only monumental Renaissance Italian-style garden preserved in Italian Riviera. It is unique in that it is directly facing the sea (in Liguria there are no other because plants suffer the salt), and because it is spread over two levels. The feeling is that of being on the prow of a ship almost completely surrounded by the sight of the sea and coast: on one side the Gulf of Tigullio - which runs from Rapallo to Chiavari - across the promontory of Portofino - with the inlets of Paraggi and Portofino.

After the visit, your professional English speaking driver will escort you back to the hotel.

Hotel Bookings:

- from time of confirmation to 61 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount due is not refundable;

- between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount due is not refundable;

- from 30 days prior to arrival or in case of no show 100% of the total amount due is not refundable.

Train, Flight, Ferry, Museum, Concerts, Events, Sports and Fashion show Tickets:

- 100% non refundable at the time of the booking.

All other services:

- from time of confirmation to 121 days prior to arrival no penalty will be charged;
