- All reservations must be paid in their entirety no less than 30 days prior to guests’ arrival. Otherwise reservation must be guaranteed by a voucher or credit card in accordance to the negotiation with the hotel.
- A 10% non-refundable payment will be charged to your credit card upon making your reservation. 40% of your reservation total will be charged to your credit card on July 1st. This is non-refundable. The final 50% of your reservation total will be charged to your credit card on October 1st. This is non-refundable. No shows will be charged in full.
- Pets: We apologize for any inconvenience, but pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Dress code: Rugged for day adventures and comfortable for lounging. Cozy casual is El Silencio's style!
- TV: Suites do not feature a TV set. The view is so spectacular, you certainly won't miss one! There is one large LCD screen in the main lodge's Meeting Room where DVDs are available for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms in the Chalets feature flat-screen TVs with satellite television.
- Smoking: In accordance to its health theme, El Silencio Lodge & Spa is a non-smoking facility.
- Restaurant: Features wellness dishes specializing in regional fish, free-range poultry, and fresh produce from our own organic garden.
Reservation policies for Holiday Season are:
- A booking of a minimum of 4 nights is required for reservation that include lodging from December 20th through January 3rd.
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and remaining balance is due by October 1st of the present year for travel dates.
- No credits or reimbursements.
- Otherwise reservation must be guaranteed by a voucher or credit card in accordance to the negotiation with the hotel.
