You will board your helicopter with boots, safety vests and raingear (if necessary) after a short safety briefing. First you head over to the famous gold-mining town of the past, Dyea. It is here that the Chilkoot Trail begins and you will be able to follow it's path from above.
The scenery of mountains covered with snow and the valleys in between are more than you imagine. Your helicopter will land on or at the base of a glacier and you will be met by your guide, who will take you on a 40-minute introduction and exploration of this craggy mass of ice.
This is a true Alaskan adventure that you will take home with you.
