The Chemin du Roy is the oldest road in all of Canada and to drive it is to travel through history. Running along the beautiful northern bank of the St. Lawrence River, the road passes through picturesque small towns and villages, bursting with charm and local products. Your knowledgeable guide will discuss history and architecture as you travel from place to place, stopping to taste regional favorites along the way.

We'll stop at Neuville, founded in 1684. Here you'll find a marina for pleasure craft and various historic buildings. We'll enjoy a guided tour of Domaine des 3 Moulin Winery and their archaeologically significant property as well as sample some of the fine vintages produced here.

A little farther on, Cap-Santé, whose name means "Cape Health" is known for the white wooden L'Eglise Saint Famille Church.

Deschambault-Grondines is home to the oldest windmill in Quebec. Built in 1674, it served for many years providing power to a flour mill before being converted to a lighthouse. This agricultural area offers many shops showcasing the region's products. We'll visit Fromagerie des Gondines to learn a little about the cheese making process and sample their delicious organic raw milk cheeses.

There will be time to stop and explore these areas as well as enjoy a lovely lunch at one of the local bistros in the area.

In Cozumel we enjoyed the snorkeling that we did off a catamaran. The staff was friendly, very professional, and helpful with my first time snorkeling daughter. Grand Cayman we went to sting ray city with a trip and snorkeling. Staff and trip was amazing, crew very helpful and fun. in Jamaica we did a Dunn's River Falls excursion and private beach. We had fun but were not impressed with the staff, and their timeliness (waited around alot),
