Agnes from Budapest:
"Come and join me for a unique gastronomic experience cooked and served by 100% locals. Enjoy a nice evening with a traditional Hungarian menu interpreted in a 21st century way and try Hungarian wines, which are as good as the proud winemakers of the country say.
If you’re brave enough, maybe you can also have a shot of palinka (Hungarian obstschnaps) before or after dinner.
I’ll try to cook and bake everything with seasonal vegetables and fruits.
Appetizers: Bites of appetizers for a start, e.g. liver pate and “körözött” (cottage cheese cream with paprika)
Starter: Soup (with loads of veggies and/or meat)
Main course: Stews,Roasts,Gratins
Dessert: A surprising dessert that you will love for sure!
Drinks: You will enjoy red wine, white wine and rosé wine.
It is very accessible via public transport.
Formerly I also lived (and cooked) in Lisbon. When I got home to Budapest, I arranged home dining gatherings with classic Portuguese menus and they were so much fun! So if you’re interested in Portuguese cuisine, but cannot travel there soon enough, just tell me and we can organize a Portuguese dinner. Just a hint ;)"
