"Join me for a fun-filled day of creativity: from learning special culinary techniques and presentation tips to creating and feasting on edible art, this intimate and hands-on workshop is for anyone who would like to tank up on inspiration and gain a better appreciation of plant-based cuisine! Planning to throw a dinner party? Learn to impress your guests with just a few extra steps!

You’ll spend time preparing your creations and then we’ll gather around the table to tuck into our vegan treats, which we’ll enjoy with a few glasses of bubbly (or home-brewed kombucha 'champagne’, for the non-drinkers).

And to take home with you: beautiful sweet treats + recipes, and lots of motivation to play with your food and get creative in the kitchen!

Menu

This can be adapted to suit your interests, here are some examples of the bite-sized appetizers we could create together, We will choose about 5:

Oysters and Champagne – with oyster mushrooms, Campari caviar, candied lemon zest, micro greens & edible flowers

Carrot Lox Blinis - with beetroot and gin caviar, aquafaba mayonnaise & chives**

Watermelon Poke - with rice paper crisps, Sriracha aioli & ponzu**

Seed crackers – with cashew yoghurt, pink-pickled radishes, basil oil, micro greens & micro greens*

Walnut-Mushroom Faux Gras - with bread crisps, vanilla-gooseberry preserve, crispy sage

Malva truffles – dark and light with beetroot and raspberry powder, and dried rose petals

Maybe you’d prefer to learn how to make out-of-this world vegan sushi and summer rolls, or you’d like an introduction to nut-based milks, cheeses and desserts…anything is possible!"

  • Cancellations at least 24 hours before the event qualify for a total refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of an event are not eligible for a refund

If your host encounters a problem or is unable to prepare the meal, you will be refunded. Or, if you prefer, we'll do our best to find you an alternative host.
