"This menu is about a journey through the Catalan cuisine , a dining experience that brings us to the local traditions of Catalonia with local people, following the delicious recipes of our families with a personal touch and much love. We serve the menu with high quality ingredients: Fresh and seasonal products. As pillars of our Mediterranean diet, we cook and serve the meal with extra virgin olive oil from the estate of our family, Can Companyó, in the Catalan region of l’Empordà. Bread with tomato and oil is a must in our table.
