Arrive at the luxurious Kings Pool Camp where each guest room has a private veranda and plunge pool. Enjoy an exciting night time game drive and dine under the stars in an open air boma.

Day 2

Your choice of activities include day or night game drives, escorted walks with incredible bird watching, Worthy of special mention, is to experience game viewing from the unique underground hide, where the water is at eye level, and game come to drink almost within touching distance while safely inside!

Day 3

Travel to the newly rebuilt Mombo camp situated in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Spacious decks feature private plunge pools and swing beds overlooking the Delta…perfect for midday relaxation and siestas. Guests may view a variety of animals without even leaving their veranda!

Day 4

Start the day with a game drive where lion and leopard are regularly sighted. Enjoy a workout in the gym or visit the new spa with a lap pool overlooking the floodplain.

Day 5

Celebrated for its longstanding and important elephant conservation, the majestic Abu Camp is an inspiring finale. This extraordinary sanctuary transports you into the serene, sensory world of the African elephant. Elephant encounters include walking with the herd through the bush, complemented by game drives.

Unique activities include a movie night under the stars and sleep-outs in the star bed above the elephant boma, listening to the herd's low snores below.

Day 7

On your last day, take time to view the other wildlife, from herds of lechwe, zebra, giraffe, tsessebe and even the rare roan antelope, to spotted hyena and leopard. Seasonal activities include mekoro and boating where viewing the diversity of game in the area is optimised.

This tour starts in the Linyanti area of Botswana. The varied woodland habitats, ancient floodplains and the Linyanti River frontage ensure a diverse wildlife experience. From here, you will travel to the Okavango Delta. This is a World Heritage Site, considered one of the most incredible wilderness sanctuaries in Africa. Game viewing is excellent throughout the year.

Terms & Conditions


Once a booking has been confirmed to us, we will change the booking’s status from “provisional” to “confirmed” on condition that you have secured the specified non-refundable deposit from your guests. The standard amount is 20% of the total land arrangement costs but this amount can vary depending on certain terms and conditions or party size. Please contact your journey specialist for details and please do NOT confirm a booking unless you have this non-refundable deposit, as you will become liable for cancellation fees if the booking does not materialize. In some parts of the world it has been customary for the guest to pay a nominal deposit for a holiday, with a small penalty if they cancel. Wilderness camps are relatively small making the fixed running costs and resultant break- even occupancies extremely sensitive. The cancellation of a mere two guests can put the camp into a loss situation and therefore we cannot accept bookings made with a nominal deposit, nor can we afford lenient cancellation terms. Please ensure that you have the required non-refundable deposit from your guests before a booking is confirmed with us. We urge you to review the booking conditions between your company and your guests. We believe that guests who are firmly committed to travelling and are covered by full travel insurance in the event that they cancel for insurable reasons e.g. medical problems, should have no problems in committing to this non-refundable deposit


Full payment from the guest is due eight weeks prior to arrival, after which our cancellation fees escalate in accordance with our cancellation policy.


Cancellation fees are levied when guests cancel confirmed reservations. The costs of the cancellation fees will escalate the closer the guests, cancels to their confirmed departure date. Our penalties escalate from forfeiting the deposit to payment in full as follows:

• If a cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before departure the non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

• If a cancellation is made between 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the deposit plus 25% of the price.

• If a guest cancels between 3 and 4 weeks prior to departure, 50% of the price.

• If a guest cancels between 2 and 3 weeks prior to departure, 60% of the price.

• If a guest cancels less than two weeks prior to departure, the 100% of the price.

Groups and Incentives have a different cancellation fee policy. This is available at time of quoting.

The Wilderness camps were wonderful. The facilities were clean and spacious and the food was outstanding. The staff was very warm, competent and welcoming; I am not sure I have ever been in a place where everyone was as genuinely happy about life. The guides were knowledgeable, fun, friendly and passionate about their trade. We enjoyed the experience immensely

A wonderful trip that exceeds superlatives. The trip started in Cape Town SA where we visited the Kirstenboch botanical garden and wine country. Then for Safari to Namibia Rhino Camp and Skeleton Coast both run by Wilderness Safaris. Individual bungalows at both camps and at all others as well. Great camps. All along the way we were escorted from one connection to the next and it was wonderful. The second time I might (?) be able to do it myself. From Namibia to the Okavango delta in Botswana - one of the premier places in the world for wild life viewing. We stopped in two camps - Tubu Tree camp and Chobi. In Chobi we saw all wild life x2. Finally to Sabu little bush camp near Kruger SA - also wonderful. Food was out of this world. Starting in Namibia, mostly desert, and going to Botswana next was the right order. We will want to go back. We still have want to see the jungle and will use Michael.
