Before the next activity begins we'll take a break for lunch, provided by your tour guide.
After finishing the hike, we'll make our way to the stunningly beautiful Kualoa beachfront, right near the Kualoa Ranch. Here you'll be fitted with a single or double kayak, and everything you'll need for the day's paddle, including life jacket and dry bags. After a brief kayaking lesson, we're off on a leisurely 30 minute paddle, arriving at Mikoli'i Island, located at the north end of Kaneohe Bay and commonly known as "Chinaman's Hat". Mokoli'i means "little lizard" in Hawaiian, and perhaps you might spot some of them on this small, uninhabited (by people) island. Feel free to explore the island or swim or snorkel in the protected cove. Your guide will help you understand the fragile nature of this reef and eco-system.
After paddling back to land, you'll have a chance for a fresh-water shower before being returned to the pier or your hotel.
