Fantastic Service Provided

Ben could not have been more helpful when helping me plan a 4-day trip to Saigon. While I wish we could have spent less time in HCMC, family restrictions necessitated the longer stay, but Ben put together an itinerary that was absolutely perfect. Ben also spent a great amount of time finding us the best deal, which was completely above-and-beyond my expectations. Perhaps Ben's biggest asset is his communication skills, with a response time that is nothing short of fantastic, and an admirable level of patience to answer my annoying and nit-picky questions. Ben blew us away with all elements of the work he did for us, and I can't wait for our next trip planned by him (which we've already booked!). He is truly ahead of the pack.

Fantastic guides!

It was a very big challenge to arrive in Siem Reap all by myself. I was a bit scared, but relieved when the person from A&K took me to the counter to get my visa. My luggage was lost and he took care of everything. When I arrived at the BEAUTIFUL resort, I was welcomed by a great staff that made me feel protected and safe. It was geat.

Our guide, Cha-Cha, spoke impeccable English, was extremely attentive to our every need, even ones we did not know about! He knew the timing of other large tours and worked around them, still seeing everything we wanted to see. The air conditioned van was a very pleasant respite between temple visits, allowing us to cool down before embarking on another walkabout.
