After an early pick up from your hotel, we will depart to the majestic west gate of Angkor Wat, arriving at sunrise. As crowds begin to gather, your guide will lead you to the lees visited temples nearby of Srah Srang and Ta Prohm. Ta Prohm is one of Angkor’s jewels and is overgrown with fig trees, providing a haunting yet exotic atmosphere. The magnificent roots of the trees have merged over the centuries with the temple’s huge stone blocks, emphasizing a ‘forgotten city’ feeling. The temple was built by King Jayavarman VII to commemorate his mother. At your leisure, walk through the temple from the West entrance to the East entrance (approximately 1 mile), where your tuk tuk will be waiting for you to explore further on to Ta Keo temple, known as the “mountain with bronze peaks”, and admire its five-tiered pyramid structure.

Continue your morning adventure with an in depth visit to Angkor Wat, constructed in the early 12th century and predating Buddhism, Angkor Wat is claimed to be the largest religious building in the world. It is certainly one of the wonders of the ancient world! You will be amazed by the sheer size of the temple, which took 30 years to construct and required the labor of more than 300,000 workers. Angkor Wat was built as the earthly representation of the universe with its' central tower symbolising Mt. Meru which, Hindus believe, is at the centre of the Universe.

After a morning full of indepth touring we will return to Siem Reap to enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant. If you prefer, you may return to your hotel to 'freshen up' or choose from one of several restaurant options provided by your guide. Lunch is included in the tour cost.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Royal city and former capital of the Khmer Empire, Angkor Thom, which consists of several temples. We will enter the city through the impressive South Gate and drive towards the Bayon temple. At first glance the temple may seem like a shapeless mass of stone, but further scrutiny reveals enigmatic faces looking into every direction. Continue your exploration with a visit to the Terrace of the Elephants, which served as a platform from where the King once viewed the victorious return of his army. After, we will visit the Terrace of the Leper King, home to detailed carvings winding along a narrow passage way that leads to the Baphuon.

Our tour will conclude with a visit to Wat Tang Tock where you will receive a traditional blessing from a monk. Here we will also visit the picturesque Preah Palilay and Pimeanakas. End the day with an optional visit to see the sunset at a special place suggested by your guide before transferring back to your hotel.

In Cozumel we enjoyed the snorkeling that we did off a catamaran. The staff was friendly, very professional, and helpful with my first time snorkeling daughter. Grand Cayman we went to sting ray city with a trip and snorkeling. Staff and trip was amazing, crew very helpful and fun. in Jamaica we did a Dunn's River Falls excursion and private beach. We had fun but were not impressed with the staff, and their timeliness (waited around alot),
