The next segment which will last about 1.5 hours is all about cooking. French cuisine is the ultimate in the world of epicureanism. The chef and his team will help you achieve your starter and the main course, guiding and lending their hands to help.
Now for the best part of the day, a leisurely 2 hour lunch. This will start with an aperitif of sparkling wine from this region, to be served in the workshop. Accompanied by savory madeleines, candied tomatoes and olives, you will have some moments for reflection about what is coming. Then enjoy your dishes together, and imagine recreating them once you return home. There is nothing like a memory to serve as a souvenir but just in case, take a lot of photos!
