Anytime you have millions of people living in one area you are bound to come across interesting aspects of humanity and Glasgow is no different. As the largest city in Scotland, Glasgow is considered the nation's cultural epicenter and proves to be one of the most intriguing spots in all of the United Kingdom. Everywhere you turn you will see development fueled by the Industrial Revolution which made this city boom while noticing the hip and exuberant locations that have kept residents for years. With a private vehicle and local guide you will have the chance to see all aspects of this Scottish gem which represents present day Scotland better than anyplace else.

You will have your choice of fascinating museums to visit. The Riverside Museum is home to the award-winning Glasgow Transport Museum. The history of transportation is closely tied to the history of Glasgow and this impressive place showcases a truly stunning collection of all forms of transportation, including caravans, horse-drawn carriages, ship models, locomotives and even toy cars. Or choose the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, featuring 22 themed, state-of-the-art galleries displaying an astonishing 8,000 objects. The collections include natural history, weapons and armour and art from many historical periods and art movements. Kelvingrove is home to Salvadore Dali's masterpiece "Christ of St. John of the Cross".

The Glasgow Cathedral is the best kept medieval cathedral in Scotland and the epitome of Scottish Gothic architecture. Somehow surviving the Scottish reformation, this beautiful structure still has remnants dating back to the 15th century. The building tells an interesting tale ranging from the story telling stained-glass windows towards the east to the lower church which houses the famous St. Mungo's tomb. Exploring this imposing building will quickly teach you why this location fueled pilgrimages throughout the land.

George Square represents the primary city center in all of Glasgow. The Glasgow City Chambers towers over the square and along with many monuments provides the backdrop for political gatherings, celebrations and protests. A sense of energy and history will be hard to avoid as your guide gives you the scoop on Glasgow from the square that often played a prominent role in its history.

For a view of Glasgow as Scotland's trend setter you will explore the "style mile" which houses independent boutiques, restaurants and specialty stops that make the city a trail blazer for social Scotland.

In Cozumel we enjoyed the snorkeling that we did off a catamaran. The staff was friendly, very professional, and helpful with my first time snorkeling daughter. Grand Cayman we went to sting ray city with a trip and snorkeling. Staff and trip was amazing, crew very helpful and fun. in Jamaica we did a Dunn's River Falls excursion and private beach. We had fun but were not impressed with the staff, and their timeliness (waited around alot),
