All hands-on classes are private and require a minimum of 8 people. The classes are three hours long and include preparation of 4 menu items, the recipes, an apron, as well as house red and white wine, Abita beer and lemonade, iced tea, and coffee. And of course, once the work has been done, sit down and enjoy.

Special instructions: - If you're staying in the French Quarter you will be able to walk to the check in point for this tour. Guests in other hotels outside of the French Quarter may need to take a taxi to the start point of this tour. Taxi costs and time vary depending on your hotel/cruise ship location.
