Next, we'll sail to the hot springs, where you can soak in lukewarm waters renowned for their healing powers. Meanwhile, the captain and his crew will prepare a meal comprised of traditional Greek hor d'oeuvres and Santorinian wine. The boat cannot dock here, so it will anchor in about 30 meters of water. You can choose to swim to the springs or stay on board and relax.
After these two stops, the crew will serve drinks and appetizers, including wine, a spread of tomatoes (Santorini's famous sweet tomatoes!), olives, cheese, bread, dolmades, baked sausage, meatballs, tzatiki sauce, and aubergine salad.
As the cruise continues, we'll pass by Thirassia, the second largest island of the volcanic Caldera complex, which was separated from the main mass of Santorini island when the volcano erupted in 1500 BC. You'll also get a wonderful view of the settlement of Oia and the picturesque ports of Ammoudi and Armeni, located on the northern tip of the island.
As we sail back to Fira, we'll listen to live saxophone music while we watch the sun slowly slip below the horizon.
