Are you an experienced baker and ready to take your dessert making skills to the next level?
During this class you discover the secrets of some of today's more modern and innovative pastries and desserts.
The recipes you will learn are inspired by some of France's up and coming and already certified MOF "Meilleurs Ouvriers De France" (best tradesman in France in the category of pastry chef).
The class requires you to have certain level of amateur experience in baking as some more advanced methods are used during this class. Beginner bakers should try their hand at our classic French desserts class.
You will learn to make: A Demi sphere of spéculoos cream with an orange confit insert and spéculoos crumble. A Vanilla tube with a lime biscuit and cherry compote insert served on a vanilla crumble.
You will learn the fine techniques of making Puff Pastry and with that assemble the Classique French Mille Feuille.
And finally you will create an elegant and artistic plated dessert.
Aprons and all necessary material and ingredients for the class will be provided.
At the end of the class you will be able bring home all the wonderful desserts you will have prepared.
We will be using Valrhona Chocolate in the class made from the purest cocoa beans renowned for its outstanding quality. For your information, this class also requires the use of gelatin.
