This hands-on class will show you the techniques and secrets to bake classic French breads in Paris with your home oven. We will use ingredients and tools that you will be able to find back home. In about 3 hours you will make, bake and taste baguettes, viennoise bread or brioche, and one seasonal bread (pissaladiere, fougasse, nut bread).
Some bread requires a long fermentation so even though you will be making everything from scratch, the dough might be prepared ahead of time for baking.
