Get ready to discover the intellectual quarter of Paris with your private English-speaking guide.

Start your tour at the same place where the Parisian students meet, the Odeon statue. Crossing the Boulevard St Germain you will find the Passage Cour du Commerce and the 18th century hall to do win- dow-shopping while avoiding muddy streets. You will be able to go to the places where artists used to hang out: the Procope, La Palette or the Café de Flore. Discover the square Fürstemberg, one of the loveliest in Paris with paulownia flowers that have attracted many artist to paint them during the spring. Then visit the VI century St Germain church with its millenary bell. Don’t miss the St Sulpice church which is amazing example of classic style. In Saint Germain you will find the beautiful Fine Arts School of Paris, and there is still much more to see.

I would use Deluxe again, but our driver who took us to the Lisbon airport, left us in the wrong terminal. It took a while to get our bearings once we realized the error.

Our driver/tour guide was the perfect amount of history and story telling. He knew just what we needed to see and how much time to spend in each activity.

Francois Bourret is more than a driver. He really knows the Luberon Valley and Provence so we encouraged him to be our guide and take us where he felt we should visit. Smart move! Highly personable, bright and fluent in English. Highly recommended.

The Best!

We recently used the services of Deluxe Drivers in Paris and Provence. Our driver in Paris, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable; knew everything you would expect a driver/guide to know but also knew all sorts of little *tidbits*. He knew his way around Paris, managed to find alternate streets to avoid bad traffic. One thing that was a bit odd...we invited him to have lunch with us in Giverny. When one of the men in our group (who had a cold) didn't finish his meal, Eric took his plate and ate what was left! Our driver in Provence, Philippe, was absolutely THE BEST. Charming, excellent English, funny, extremely knowledgeable, good driver, and knows more about American TV and film that anyone I have ever met! He was an absolute joy to be with. Took us to all the places we had scheduled and then to a few we had not. Provence was the last place we visited on our trip and our trip ended on a high note due to our beautiful hotel (La Mirande in Avignon) and Philippe. He was awesome!
