Day 1

International flight arrival in Santiago. Greeting by your personal host and private two-hour drive to Viña Vik in the Chilean Wine country wine country. Drive past rural vineyards, private estates, and the surrounding Andes mountains. Upon arrival at the vineyard, settle in to your accommodations. Afterwards, enjoy a gentle hike through property’s vineyards before dinner on the property and an evening at leisure.

Day 2
San Vicente, Chile
Vik Chile (formally Vina Vik) Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

The next day, explore the expansive estate either by bike or horseback. Visit the onsite vegetable garden and learn about the self-sustaining property with an optional cooking class. Afterwards, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a private gourmet picnic overlooking the vineyards. In the afternoon, take a 4x4 through the estate to the architecturally stunning winery for a personal tasting with the head sommelier in the facility. Later, relax in the afternoon with spa treatments.

Day 3
Santiago, Chile

Private transfer to Santiago for a private guided tour of the main sightseeing attractions of the city. On the way, stop at one of Chile’s top wineries, Almaviva, for a private tour and tasting. Arrive in Santiago, check-in at your hotel and head with your guide to the San Cristóbal and Santa Lucía lookout points which boast spectacular views of the city and its surrounding mountains.

Day 4

In the morning, head on a sightseeing tour of Santiago with your personal guide. Highlights include the Plaza de Armas with its 18th century cathedral in the heart of the city, Constitution Plaza with its La Moneda Palace – the seat of executive power, and the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, and the attractive neighborhoods of París-Londres and Santa Lucía. Explore the central neighborhoods, such as the bohemian Bellavista, with your expert guide as you learn about this thriving and rapidly-changing metropolis. In the evening, enjoy a culinary experience in an interactive and private cooking demonstration highlighting Chile’s unique culinary scene.

Day 5
Hanga Roa, Chile

Greeting by your personal host and check-in assistance for your 5-hour flight to Easter Island, considered by many to be the most isolated inhabited island in the world. Upon arrival at the Explora Rapa Nui, marvel at the dramatic open landscape with the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. After you settle in, meet with your specialist guide who will introduce you to the highlights of the area and explain the various excursions offered at the lodge. In the afternoon, you and your guide will head to Pui Rano Raraku to explore the iconic volcanic cones on a hike. See the biggest moai, the spectacular giant statues which are monolithic human figures carved by the Rapa Nui people. Explore the lower slopes of the volcano and arrive at the magnificent Moai quarry, which at one time supplied the stone from which almost all of the island's known moai were carved. Visit Orongo, the ancient ceremonial village that hosted the Tangata Manu (birdman) competition, as you learn about the mystical competition that was a deep rooted part of the Rapa Nui culture.

Enjoy panoramic views as the sun sets while you take in the magnetic energy of the island.

Day 6
Hanga Roa, Chile

With your personal guide, begin the day with a hike along the Ahu Tahira platform until you reach the edge of the Rano Kau crater, with striking views of the Pacific Ocean. In the afternoon chose between the options to bike to the Tongariki, the picturesque and mysteries fifteen moai statues or head out with your private vehicle and enjoy breathtaking views of the coast. On your way back to the lodge, take a swim in the natural lagoon.

Day 7
Hanga Roa, Chile

In the morning, meet with your guide for a full day exploring the northern coast which is the most uninhabited part of the island, a truly unique place in the world for its rugged and remote landscape. While you visit archeological sites and take in expansive views, see the diverse local wildlife native to the island. Following a picnic lunch set against views of the island’s steep cliffs and ocean, continue to Anakena Beach. Anakena´s pristine beauty with white sand and crystal clear waters makes it one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Afterwards, transfer to your lodge for an evening of rest.

Day 8
Santiago, Chile

Following breakfast, meet your guide for a private transfer to Ovahe Beach for a snorkeling excursion where you will see a variety of wildlife in the clear water. Afterwards, return to your lodge where you can enjoy lunch before heading to Mataveri airport for your international flight via Santiago. Check in and luggage assistance will be provided.
