The day begins by a visit of Tours covered market (les Halles) where you will meet local farmers, producers, and merchants and choose the ingredients for your meal from the range of seasonal, local products.
Then, head towards Catherine's countryside home.
Prepare and taste the dishes, the meal will be prepared all together. She will share her cooking skills and knowledge.
After approximately two hours of cooking, you will share a typical and “convivial” moment before heading back to your hotel.
